Primary Suite Remodel
This client didn't like their primary bathroom being open at the top to the bedroom. With the help of an architect, we came up with a solution that allowed us to keep the natural light from the skylight, create a large closet in the water closet, keep enough space for a double vanity, but make the shower area the highlight of the room. We also added a custom closet, new flooring and changed all the drywall to mold-resistant so they didn't have to worry about shower steam. Check out the following before and after shots.
Blue Ash Addition
These clients wanted to add a primary en suite addition to the front of their home. Throughout the course of this project, we dug and poured foundation walls, framed floors, walls, put in roof trusses, to the final finishing touches of trim and paint. The interior speaks for itself!
